A little bit about the blogger (ecorbin): I was born and raised in a teeny tiny town in Iowa that I use to despise but have come to treasure and adore. I have received a culinary degree from the Iowa Culinary Institute and proceed to work in the kitchen for the next 5 years. Then I moved onward to the great city of Chicago where I managed the front of house of one of America’s top 50 restaurants and earned a marketing degree from DePaul University.
Recently I have taken the leap into the entrepreneurial ranks and joined the Green Business Project.com. I am involved in green initiatives and GBP.com give myself a forum to further information flow.
A little blurb about GBP.com, we are a business helping other businesses become greener. The website chalked full of info that is always growing and is an area to seek answers to green problems to their everyday green challenges. Other than my green initiative interests, I am involved with the UNA-Chicago chapter, run, swim and enjoy my hubby and two pups.
